Micromax giving head to head competition to Samsung.



On 13th of august last year Smartphone giant Samsung announced that its Galaxy range of smartphones and tablets will now support content and user interface in nine Indian languages.And their devices running Indian languages went viral in the market.So now to combat it the home grown micromax has launched bolt a24 with the support of 20 Indian languages which would strengthen its entry level portfolio, of products along with it it has also introduced two new smarphones to its lineup – A37B and A46.



Starting with the budget-iest Android device we’ve come to see lately, Micromax A24 runs on the oh-so-old Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, is powered by a 1 GHz Cortex A5 processor and has a 2.8 inch QVGA screen (240x320 pixels, 143 ppi). Other features include 256 MB of RAM, 512 MB of internal storage and a micro sd card slot. There is a paltry 0.3 MP rear camera, which, we are sure, would be good for nothing. Coming to the Micromax Bolt A37B is now available via the company's online store at Rs. 4,700, and the listing notes that the smartphone will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days.The specs sheet is as follow-




Talking about the Micromax Bolt A46 runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. The Bolt A46 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device, and supports regular SIM size. It comes with 4-inch TFT display with 480x800 pixels (WVGA) resolution, and is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz MediaTek MTK 6572 processor along with 256MB of RAM.The specs sheet is as follows-


Micromax A24 is already available on Flipkart for Rs. 2,999 while Infibeam is retailing Bolt A37B for Rs. 4,729. Snapdeal is offering the third one, i.e. Micromax Bolt A46 for INR 4,592.
