Can OPPO overshadow it's China factor?

OPPO N1
Chinese handset maker Oppo has launched Oppo N1 in the Indian market at INR 39,999. The launch marks the entry of the brand in Indian smartphone market.
Launched in September 2013 in China, Oppo N1 boasts of a swivel camera and offers a variant that runs Cyanogenmod (an alternative version of Android) out of the box.
.Oppo N1 sports a large 5.9-inch full-HD IPS display. Powered by a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and 2GB RAM, the smartphone runs a highly customised version of Android 4.2 (Color ROM). It sports a 13MP camera placed on a rotating swivel capable of rotating 206 degree with a dual-LED flash.
The smartphone is backed by a 3610mAh battery and comes in 16 and 32GB storage variants. Connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and DLNA
The company has even spending big on its marketing by  appointing  film actors Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor as brand ambassadors.

But the main question arises that how would Oppo shed off the image of the china made low quality device which is set in the mind of Indians, surely pricing it huge is not the answer!,Oppo insanely priced N1 at 39999 which is set to compete Samsung Galaxy note 3 and others but in terms of specs and features N1 is somewhat outdated.
It would had been a bang for the buck if it had launched for INR 30000.It would be interesting to see how Indian biggies such as Micromax takes on Oppo in India.
We are yet to hear anything from Oppo about the launch of the cyanogenmod powered Oppo N1 in India. There are a lot of Cyanogenmod enthusiasts in India who would like to show their support for the most popular third party custom rom for Android and would thus buy the Oppo N1.
